The Team
Gregory brings over 14 years of restaurant & hotel experience to Haven Hospitality. Gregory has seen success leading F&B operations in multi market concepts. Gregory’s most recent role as Corporate Beverage Director of Parker Hospitality. There he played an integral role in the expansion of the restaurant group from one restaurant to 10 in three states, eight unique markets.
Alie oversees all human resources operations, including the development and implementation of processes, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. She is responsible for establishing comprehensive training programs and managing related administrative functions. Additionally, she provides strategic support in marketing coordination, accounting automation, and various business services. Alie brings extensive experience in business management, process optimization, and automation systems.
Richie is the Water Superintendent of South Haven Public Works. Born and raised in South Haven, Richie is a well known local and social media influencer. He started the online food blog called Feast Mode in 2019 with friends that garnered a large following. In 2023, he formed a new food blog called Supervillains with several hundred followers. His love for marketing, social media and his local connections make him a great member of the team.
